Our Firm & Its Founder

Why Solomon Financial Group exists.

Solomon Financial Group was founded on a simple conviction: families deserve a firm that looks at the whole picture and tells them the truth, plainly.

Our Mission

A firm built on principle

Too many people are sold a product and left without a plan. We exist to do the opposite — to bring wisdom, stewardship, and plain truth to the way families and organizations protect what matters.

Wisdom

We give counsel grounded in experience and principle, not in whatever pays best this month. The advice we'd give our own family is the advice we give you.

Stewardship

The resources you've been given are meant to protect and provide for the people you love. We treat them with that seriousness.

Doing right by people

Again and again, long before it pays off. That's the firm's standard, and it doesn't bend.

Noah Vongunden

The firm is built and led by its founder, Noah Vongunden, who established Solomon on the same principles that guide every client relationship: wisdom, stewardship, and doing right by people — again and again, long before it pays off. Those principles are the firm's standard, and they don't bend.

Noah brings a builder's mindset and a faith-informed conviction that the resources you've been given are meant to protect and provide for the people you love. He built the firm so that families would have somewhere to turn for a complete plan, explained plainly, rather than one more product sold in isolation.

As a husband and father, he holds the firm to one test: every plan is built the way he'd want his own family protected. If it wouldn't be good enough for the people he loves, it isn't good enough to recommend.

Whether you're a family looking to get organized, or a business that wants to bring real financial wellness to your team, we'd be glad to start with a simple, no-pressure conversation.
